摘　　要：稻盛职业观哲学与高校辅导员职业价值观存在诸多契合之处。首先,通过文献综述与实证研究,对高校辅导员职业价值观的现状进行分析。其次,研究稻盛哲学的核心理念和对职业发展方面的启示。最后,提出将稻盛哲学融入高校辅导员职业观培育、养成和发展的对策和建议。研究发现高校辅导员普遍存在职业价值观困惑、缺乏内心平衡和职业倦态等问题,而稻盛哲学的理念和实践提供了崭新的研究视角,对解决这些问题具有积极意义。There are many similarities between Inamori’s professional philosophy and the professional values of college counselors. Firstly,by combining literature review with empirical research,the current status of the professional values of college counselors is analyzed. Secondly,research the core philosophy of Inamori and its implications for career development and life advice. Finally,strategies and suggestions were proposed to integrate Inamori’s philosophy into the cultivation and development of the professional outlook of college counselors. Research has found that college counselors generally face problems such as confusion in professional values, lack of inner balance,and occupational fatigue. However,the philosophy and practice of Inamori provide a new research perspective,which is of positive significance in solving these problems.
