摘  要:介绍一种真空装置平移门的设计方案,并开展结构设计和计算。在此基础上,为更好地验证设计可行性、保障平移密封门按设计预期运动,根据设计参数,利用ADAMS软件,建立平移密封门三维模型,对运行状态进行动力学仿真,仿真结果验证了设计的合理性和模型的正确性。The design scheme of sliding seal door for vacuum equipment is introduced,and the structural design calculation is carried out.On this basis,in order to better verify the feasibility of the design and ensure that the sliding seal door can move as expected,a three-dimensional model of the sliding seal door was established using ADAMS software based on the design parameters.Dynamic simulation was conducted on the operating state,and the simulation results verified the rationality of the design and the accuracy of the model.
