摘 要:[目的]铁路沿线接触网钢立柱涂层劣化问题是安全隐患之一。[方法]通过手持显微镜、能谱仪(EDS)、扫描电镜(SEM)等手段对接触网立柱涂层掉块进行分析,并通过建立接触网钢结构的有限元模型,对接触网支座及立柱进行应力应变分析。[结果]计算得出接触网支柱下支座最大应变为4.499%。涂层掉块内表面存在较多絮状腐蚀产物,外部却没有铁的氧化物生成。[结论]铁路沿线接触网支柱上端涂层易发生开裂、掉块问题主要是由于接触网钢立柱最上方应变较大,且大气环境中存在腐蚀性化合物。[Introduction]The coating deterioration of steel column of catenary along the railway line is one of the potential safety hazards.[Method]The exfoliated coating samples from the catenary column were analyzed by using handheld microscope,energy-dispersive spectrometer(EDS),and scanning electron microscope(SEM).A finite element model of the catenary structure was established,and then the stress and strain analysis of the catenary support and the column was carried out.[Result]The maximum strain at the lower support of the catenary column was calculated to be 4.499%.There were many flocculent corrosion products on the inner surfaces of the exfoliated coating samples,but none of iron oxides were formed on their outer surfaces.[Conclusion]The coating on the upper end of the catenary column is prone to cracking and exfoliation,mainly due to the large strain on the top of the steel column of the catenary and the presence of corrosive compounds in the atmospheric environment.
