摘　　要：土地流转是推动乡村产业转型、实现乡村振兴的重要路径。为了更好地推动土地流转,本文运用理论分析法、对比分析法、逻辑分析法等方法分析了目前我国农村土地流转的情况,通过构建乡村振兴和土地流转的关系,从“旅游+”的角度探讨了我国农村土地流转的新模式,并从发挥市场主导作用、完善相关法律法规、建立统一的土地流转标准、坚持农地农用4个方面对我国农村土地流转提出了政策建议。Land transfer is an important way to promote rural industrial transformation and realize rural revitalization.In order to better promote land circulation,this paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis,comparative analysis and logic analysis to discuss the current situation of rural land circulation,and through constructing the relationship between rural revitalization and land circulation,discusses the new mode of rural land circulation from the Angle of“tourism+”.This paper puts forward policy recommendations from four aspects:exerting market leading role,perfecting relevant laws and regulations,establishing unified standard of land circulation and insisting on rural land use.
