环县资源环境承载力综合评价

摘　　要：资源环境承载力是指在维持可持续发展和人地关系协调的前提下,一定区域内的资源环境条件对人类生存与经济社会发展的功能适宜度及规模保障程度。本文以环县为例,构建相应的资源环境承载力指标体系,对该地的环境资源、人口资源和经济资源进行了分析。结果表明,环县资源环境承载力目前是富余现状,经济资源承载力均高于环境资源承载力和人口资源承载力,各个乡镇的经济发展水平参差不齐缺乏同步性,资源与经济的关联度弱,环境资源与人力资源十分不协调,对综合资源环境承载力的影响存在差别。Resource and environmental carrying capacity refers to the functional suitability and scale guarantee degree of resource and environmental conditions in a certain region for human survival and economic and social development under the premise of maintaining sustainable development and coordination of man-land relationship.Taking Huanxian County as an example,this paper constructs the coresponding index system of resource and environment carying capacity,and analyzes the environmental resources,population resources and economic resources of this area.Results show that the resource environmental bearing capacity is surplus county present situation,the bearing capacity of economic resources are higher than the environment resources carrying capacity and population bearing capacity of resources,the township's economic development level is uneven lack of synchronicity,resources and economic correlation is weak,environmental resources and human resources is not harmonious,the impact on the comprehensive bearing capacity of resources and environment there is a dfference.
