20种燕麦及青贮饲草农艺性状及营养成分分析

摘  要:为了鉴选出优质的饲用燕麦品种,本试验测定了白城市农科院种植的20个燕麦品种乳熟期的株高、叶长、叶宽、叶片数、茎粗、粗蛋白(CP)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)、酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、粗脂肪、粗灰分、碳水化合物、木质素,并采用灰色关联度分析评价方法进行综合评价。结果表明,(1)‘白燕8号’‘Rus25’‘1425’的农艺性状最优,产量最高。(2)营养成分与饲草品质上,供能方面最适宜选育的品种为‘3695’‘3916’‘1279(2014Rus-14)’,适口性方面‘3916’‘3695’‘Ca89’三个品种最佳,‘白燕8号’‘太8-1’‘Rus25’这三种燕麦综合性评价最优,更适合制作饲草。(3)青贮品质上‘Rus25’和‘3916’灰色关联系数最大,与理想指标最接近,且各项指标排名靠前,品质最优秀。(4)结合20个品种在生产性能、营养成分与饲用品质以及青贮营养成分的表现,‘Rus25’综合表现及单项指标表现均处于前列,品质最好。In order to identify high-quality forage oat varieties,the plant height,leaf length,leaf width,leaf number,stem diameter,crude protein(CP),neutral detergent fiber(NDF),acidic detergent fiber(ADF),crude fat,crude ash,carbohydrate and lignin of 20 oat varieties planted in Baicheng Academy of Agricultural Sciences were determined,and the grey correlation analysis and evaluation method was used for comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that,(1)‘Baiyan 8’‘Rus25’and‘1425’had the best agronomic traits and the highest yield.(2)In terms of nutrient composition and forage quality,the most suitable varieties for breeding were‘3695’‘3916’and‘1279(2014Rus-14)’‘3916’‘3695’and‘Ca89’were the best in terms of palatability,‘Baiyan 8’‘Tai 8-1’and‘Rus25’were the best comprehensive evaluation and were more suitable for forage making.(3)‘Rus25’and‘3916’had the largest gray correlation coefficient in silage quality,which was the closest to the ideal index,and each index ranked high and the quality was the best.(4)Combined with the performance of 20 varieties in production performance,nutrient composition and feed quality,as well as silage nutrient composition,the comprehensive performance and individual index performance of‘Rus25’were in the forefront and the quality was the best.
