摘　　要：社会主义精神文明是中国式现代化的突出特征,城乡精神文明建设融合发展是中国式现代化的重要维度,中国式现代化是思考城乡精神文明建设融合发展等具体问题的一个总体性视角。人的问题是城乡精神文明发展不平衡的主要问题,在中国式现代化视域下,推进城乡精神文明建设融合发展应以现代文明为指向,致力于解决“人的现代化”问题。在当前特定的历史时期,推进城乡精神文明建设融合发展应以历史文化传承为核心内容,提升乡村文化主体性地位,让人们逐渐意识到,乡村与城市是两种不同的文明形态,是可选择的生活空间与生活方式,本质上并无高下之分。人们只有在思想观念中不再贬低乡村,才能从根本上解决乡村发展问题,才有可能实现城乡精神文明建设融合发展。现代化方向与历史文化传承并不相悖,二者有机结合是建设中华民族现代文明的应有之义。Socialist cultural-ethical standards is a prominent feature of Chinese path to modernization.The advancement of socialist cultural and ethical standards is a distinctive feature of Chinese path to modernization.The comprehensive development of enhancing cultural and ethical standards in both urban and rural areas is a crucial aspect of this journey.The Chinese approach to modernization thus provides an overarching framework for considering the integrated progress of urban and rural cultural and ethical development.In the current historical context,advancing the integration of urban and rural cultural and ethical standards should prioritize the inheritance of history and culture as its core focus,while also elevating the status of rural culture.It is essential to foster a gradual understanding that urban and rural civilizations are distinct forms of culture.They represent alternative living environments and lifestyle choices,which are fundamentally equivalent.Only when the prejudice against the countryside is eradicated from people s mindset and conceptual frameworks can the rural development challenge be fundamentally addressed,paving the way for the integrated advancement of urban and rural cultural and ethical standards.The primary issue in the unbalanced development of urban and rural cultural and ethical standards is the human dimension.From the perspective of Chinese path to modernization,the goal should be to guide the integrated development of cultural and ethical standards by embracing modern civilization and dedicatedly resolving the issue of“human modernization.”
