摘 要:针对航空导管试验用堵头的结构和磨损状况进行分析,在满足正常弯曲旋转运动状态的基础上,为了减少磨损面积并减小附加载荷的影响,提出优化方案设计,将圆柱体堵头改进设计为鼓形堵头。利用有限元分析软件Abaqus建模对DN6~DN14的航空导管使用鼓形和圆柱体堵头装配条件下分别进行工作条件模拟分析,通过应变云图将最大应变值绘成点线图,并计算出附加应变值的大小。各规格导管动态时最大弯曲应变值与静态载荷值的差值(即附加应变值)均在静态载荷5%的允许波动范围内,相比于应用圆柱体堵头,应用鼓形堵头时最大弯曲应变值更接近理想状态值,其点线图与理想状态点线图更为贴合。分析结果表明,优化鼓形堵头后,减小了附加载荷的影响,在原有基础上能更好地满足试验要求,可提高弯曲疲劳试验的准确性和连续性。Based on the analysis of the structure and wear condition of the plug used for aviation conduit test,the optimization scheme design is proposed to reduce the wear area and reduce the impact of additional load,and the cylinder plug is improved into a drum plug on the basis of meeting the normal bending and rotating motion state.The finite element analysis software Abaqus is used to model and analyze the working conditions of aviation conduits DN6 to DN14 under the assembly conditions of drum type and cylinder plug respectively.The maximum strain value is plotted as a point line diagram through the strain cloud diagram,and the size of the calculated additional strain value is given.The difference between the maximum bending strain value and the static load value,i.e.the additional strain value,in the dynamic state of each specification of conduit is within the allowable fluctuation range of 5%of the static load.Compared with the application of cylindrical plugs,the maximum bending strain value in the application of cylindrical plugs is closer to the ideal state value,and its point line diagram is more consistent with the ideal state point line diagram.The analysis results show that the optimized drum plug reduces the influence of additional load,can better meet the test requirements on the original basis,and can improve the accuracy and continuity of bending fatigue test.
