摘  要:为解决铸造生产中铸件热节处出现疏松缺陷较难预防和控制的问题,基于PLC控制设计了一套重力铸造模具复杂结构件数字智能控温系统,实现对模具与热节处温度监测,控制模具与热节处监测点温度差相对恒定并自动控制升降温,监测及调整模具温度分布梯度,该系统为金属模具控温提供了较好的辅助作用,运行稳定可靠。In order to solve the problem of difficult prevention and control of loose defects at the hot joints of castings in casting production,a digital intelligent temperature control system for complex structural components of gravity casting molds is designed based on PLC control.The system can realize temperature monitoring at the mold and hot joints,control the temperature difference between the monitoring points at the mold and hot joints to be relatively constant,and automatically control the temperature rise and fall,monitors and adjusts the temperature distribution gradient of the mold.This system provides a good auxiliary effect for temperature control of metal molds,and operates stably and reliably.
