摘 要:碳纤维增强复合材料具有高比强度、高比模量、抗疲劳性能优异、性能可设计、易于大面积成型等突出优点,是促进轨道交通装备轻量化发展,提升运行速度、运载能力、安全性与舒适性的理想材料。文中总结了现阶段碳纤维复合材料在轨道交通领域的成功应用案例;在此基础上,从基础原材料、结构设计、成型制造的3个维度详细分析了轨道交通用碳纤维复合材料技术现状;针对高质量、低成本轨道交通用复合材料需求,结合航空航天领域相关技术最新进展,对未来轨道交通领域碳纤维复合材料的发展趋势进行了展望。Carbon fiber reinforced composites have outstanding advantages such as high specific strength,high specific modulus,excellent fatigue resistance,designable performance,easy to large area molding,etc.It is an ideal material to promote the development of lightweight of rail transportation equipment,and to enhance the operating speed,carrying capacity,safety and comfort.This paper summarizes the successful application cases of carbon fiber composites in the field of rail transportation at this stage,and analyzes in detail the current status of carbon fiber composites technology for rail transportation from the three dimensions of basic raw materials,structural design,and molding and manufacturing.In view of the demand for high-quality and low-cost composite materials for rail transportation,combined with the latest progress of related technologies in the field of aerospace,the development trend of carbon fiber composite materials in the field of rail transportation in the future is outlooked.
