摘  要:根据目前国内油气田对水下连接器的技术需求,介绍了一种卡爪式连接器。该连接器中的卡爪结构复杂,连续锥面多,在液压连接器中呈分瓣式布置,装配困难。文中对卡爪加工及装配工艺进行了研究,解决了卡爪加工、检测及装配难题,顺利完成了液压连接器的组装、试验。According to the current domestic oil and gas field's technical demand for submerged connectors,a kind of chuck jaw connector is introduced.The claws in this connector have a complex structure with many continuous tapers,and are arranged in a split-flap arrangement in the hydraulic connector,which makes the assembly difficult.In this paper,the claw processing and assembly technology are studied,the problems of claw,processing,detection and assembly are solved,and the claw processing,testing and assembly problems are solved,and the assembly and test of the hydraulic connector are successfully completed.
