摘  要:竖罐炼镁技术是对传统皮江法进行改进和创新后的新型炼镁技术。以具有10个竖式还原罐的竖式炼镁还原炉为研究对象,对还原罐内球团还原过程与罐外烟气热流场耦合仿真计算。模拟结果显示:还原过程中罐内镁还原率在周向、径向分布均匀,罐外流场稳定,还原6 h后,罐内球团基本完全反应。还原炉内10个罐内球团填充层的镁还原过程按预先分组依次循环进行,单组罐镁还原率曲线及10个罐内镁还原率总体平均的结果都表现出随时间呈锯齿状的变化规律。改变入口烟气温度以50 K的幅度从1473 K增大到1573 K时,相同时间内,镁还原率平均值增幅保持在10%左右。The vertical-retort silicothermic process to magnesium metal becomes an improved and innovative technology based on the traditional Pidgeon process.Taking a magnesium reduction furnace with ten vertical retorts as the research object,a coupled simulation calculation is conducted in this study,to analyze the briquette reduction process within the retort and the thermal flow field of the flue gas outside the retort.The simulation results indicate that during the reduction process,the magnesium reduction rate within the retort is uniformly distributed both circumferentially and radially.The flow field outside the retort remains stable,and after 6 hours of reduction,the pellets inside the retort have nearly completed their reaction.The magnesium reduction process within the briquette layer of the 10 retorts inside the furnace proceeds in a pre-defined,sequential cycling pattern.The magnesium reduction rate curves for individual groups of retorts,as well as the overall average reduction rate across all 10 retorts,both exhibit a distinct sawtooth-like variation trend over time.Increasing the inlet flue gas temperature by a magnitude of 50 K,from 1473 K to 1573 K,consistently results in an average en hancement of approximately 10%in the magnesium reduction rate over the same duration.
