摘 要:为了开发新型的钙钛矿钴氧化物气敏材料,探究不同掺杂离子及掺杂量对LaCoO_(3)气敏性能的影响,以La(NO_(3))3·6H_(2)O、Co(NO_(3))3·6H_(2)O、丙烯酰胺、柠檬酸为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了钙钛矿结构的LaCoO_(3)及A位Ca^(2+)、Sr^(2+)掺杂的纳米粒子。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、红外光谱(IR)对样品的结构、形貌、半导体性质进行了表征,研究了不同掺杂量对LaCoO_(3)纳米粒子晶粒大小、活化能等的影响。结果表明,A位Ca^(2+)、Sr^(2+)掺杂可以增大LaCoO_(3)晶粒的生长活化能、抑制晶粒生长;对制得样品进行丙酮敏感性能测试后发现,Ca^(2+)、Sr^(2+)掺杂均可提高LaCoO_(3)对丙酮的响应能力,尤其是Ca^(2+)掺杂量为15%时,样品对2%体积分数丙酮的灵敏度可达97.83%。In order to develop new perovskite cobalt oxide gas sensitive materials,investigate the effects of different doping ions and doping concentrations on the gas sensitive performance of LaCoO_(3),perovskite-type LaCoO_(3)and A-site-doped LaCoO_(3)with Ca^(2+)and Sr^(2+)nano-particles were prepared by sol-gel method using La(NO_(3))3·6H_(2)O,Co(NO_(3))3·6H_(2)O,acrylamide,and citric acid as main raw materials.The crystal structure,morphology,and semiconductor property of the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),and infrared spectroscopy(IR).The effects of doping amounts on the grain size and activation energy of LaCoO_(3)nanoparticles were studied.The results show that doping with Ca^(2+)and Sr^(2+)at A sites can increase the grain growth activation energy of LaCoO_(3)and inhibit grain growth.The gas sensing test results indicate that doping with Ca^(2+)and Sr^(2+)can enhance the response ability of LaCoO_(3)to acetone,especially when the doping level of Ca^(2+)is 15%,the sensitivity of the sample to 2%volume concentration of acetone can reach 97.83%.
