摘 要:为实现河北某萤石矿的清洁高效利用,在矿石性质研究基础上,开展重-浮联合选矿试验研究。结果表明,采用洗矿筛分-块矿重介质浅槽分选-粉矿重介质旋流器分选-中矿磨矿浮选工艺可获得较好的选别指标,块矿经重介质浅槽分选可获得CaF_(2)品位为81.63%、回收率为35.80%的块精矿,粉矿经重介质旋流器分选可获得CaF_(2)品位为92.61%、回收率为14.21%的粉精矿,中矿经磨矿浮选可获得CaF_(2)品位为96.50%以上的酸级精矿,其可浮性与原矿可浮性相近。研究结果对同类萤石矿资源的清洁高效利用具有一定的指导意义。In order to realize the clean and efficient utilization of a fluorspar mine in Hebei,based on the properties study of the ore,we carried out the experimental study of gravity separation-flotation joint beneficiation.The results show that under the process of raw ore washing and screeningheavy media shallow trough separation of lump ore-heavy media cyclone separation of powder ore-middllings flotation after milling,we can obtain better separation index.The lump ore can obtain the lump concentrate with 81.63%CaF_(2)grade and 35.80%recovery rate by heavy media shallow trough separation,the powder ore can obtain powder concentrate with 92.61%CaF_(2)grade and 14.21%recovery rate by heavy media cyclone separation,the middllings can obtain acid concentrate with grade more than 96.50%by flotation,and its floatability is similar to that of the raw ore.This study has certain guiding significance for the clean and efficient utilization of similar fluorite ore resources.
