摘 要:安全制动器是葫芦式起重机起升机构的重要安全装置,现行的安全技术规范和国家标准中对电动葫芦安全制动器制动性能缺少定量检测方法。针对于此,分析电动葫芦棘轮棘爪型安全制动器的工作原理,设计一种安全制动器制动性能试验台架,在释放工作制动器后利用间接测量方法对触发速度、制停距离等制动性能关键参数进行定量检测。以HYJ II型电动葫芦为实例进行测试,对测量数据进行不确定度评定。测试结果表明,试验台架检测易操作、功能可靠,可为棘轮棘爪型安全制动器研发测试及型式试验提供借鉴。The safety brake is an important safety device for the lifting mechanism of the hoist crane.The current safety technical specifications and national standards lack quantitative testing methods for the braking performance of the electric hoist safety brake.In response to this,the working principle of the electric hoist ratchet pawl type safety brake is analyzed,and a safety brake braking performance test bench is designed.After releasing the working brake,indirect measurement methods are used to quantitatively measure key braking performance parameters such as triggering speed and braking distance.Using HYJ II electric hoist as an example for testing,evaluate the uncertainty of measurement data.The test results indicate that the test bench is easy to operate and has reliable functions,which can provide reference for the development,testing,and type testing of ratchet pawl type safety brakes.
