摘 要:本文基于一起电梯事故现场勘验情况建立了人因分析与分类系统(HFACS)模型,通过该模型对事故原因做了深入分析,分析结果表明轿顶检修装置的易接近性较差在一定程度上容易导致现场作业人员产生偶然性违规行为。为避免此类事件再度发生,从改善作业环境因素角度出发,对目前轿顶检修装置的易接近性问题进行了调研分析,并结合国内外相关标准要求,对轿顶检修装置的易接近性提出建议,以期对电梯维保、检验作业安全提供一定帮助。This paper establishes a Human Factors Analysis and Classification System(HFACS)model based on the inspection of an elevator accident,and analyzes the accident causes by the HFACS model.The results of the analysis showed that the poor accessibility of the car top inspection device could lead to violations by the operators.To avoid the recurrence of such incidents,from the perspective of improving the operating environment factors,the accessibility of the current car top inspection device is investigated and analyzed,and compared with domestic and international standards,the proposal is made for the accessibility of the car top inspection device to support the safety of elevator maintenance and inspection operations.
