摘　　要：老旧小区电梯加装项目是一项民生工程,其复杂性和特殊性给项目实施带来较大影响。为避免在项目推进过程中发生风险事故,对影响项目的各项因素进行详细的风险评价显得尤为重要。以宜昌XF小区电梯加装工程为研究对象,提出了宜昌市老旧小区电梯加装风险评价模型。通过专家走访调研并结合加装电梯项目施工特点确定了该工程的风险因素,采用层次分析法确定各级风险因素的权重指标,运用模糊综合评价法确定风险等级水平,并提出各项风险控制措施。Adding elevator in the old residential district is a livelihood project.its complexity and particularity have a great impact on the implementation of the project.It is necessary to carry out a detailed risk assessment on various factors affecting the project,so as to avoid risk accidents in the process of project promoting.Taking the adding elevator project in Yichang XF old residential district as the research object,it proposed the risk assessment model of adding elevator in Yichang old residential district.The risk factors of the project were determined through the investigation of experts and construction characteristics of the adding elevator project.The weight indexes of risk factors at all levels were determined by the analytic hierarchy process,and the risk level was determined by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.And it put forward various risk control measures.
