摘　　要：以某化工企业乙烯罐区为研究对象,分析了半冷冻式乙烯球罐蒸发气体损耗产生原因和排放量。在此基础上,提出了蒸发气体液化回收及气体返炼的工艺方案,进行了丙烯压缩制冷系统物料和热量衡算,解决了乙烯蒸发气体损耗问题,为其他乙烯储运系统生产管理提供参考。Taking the ethylene tank area of a chemical enterprise as the research object,the causes and emissions caused by BOG loss in semi frozen ethylene spherical tanks were analyzed.On this basis of exploring the causes of loss,the process scheme of BOG liquefication recovery and the gas reprocessing process were proposed,the material balance and heat balance of propylene compression refrigeration system were calculated.the problem of ethylene BOG loss was solved,and it provided a reference for the production management of other ethylene storage and transportation systems.
