摘　　要：研究了硫酸亚锡废液的回收利用工艺。探究了真空度、加热时间、稳定剂种类、稳定剂加入质量等对产品的影响。当下层废液和水的体积比为1∶2(下层废液500 mL,加水稀释至1500 mL)、加入0.8 g稳定剂2、真空度为0.08 MPa、温度为(55±2)℃、加热时间为(90±5)min时,产出的硫酸亚锡浊度较低,产品质量符合相关标准。实现资源高效集约化利用。The recovery and utilization process of stannous sulfate waste liquid was studied.Explored the effects of factors such as vacuum degree,heating time,type of stabilizer,and amount of stabilizer added on the product.When the volume ratio of the lower waste liquid to water is 1∶2(500 mL of lower waste liquid,diluted to 1500 mL with water),0.8 g of stabilizer 2 is added,the vacuum degree is 0.08MPa,the temperature is(55±2)℃,and the heating time is(90±5)min,the turbidity of the produced stannous sulfate is low,and the product quality meets relevant standards,achieving efficient and intensive resource utilization.
