摘　　要：利用rxt-200毛细管色谱柱进行分离,采用气相色谱外标法测定高纯二甲基二氯硅烷(M2)中的微量一甲基三氯硅烷(M1)的含量。结果表明,该方法分离度、重现性好,准确度高,已经成功应用于精馏分厂高纯M2产品中微量M1含量的检测,效果良好。The rxt-200 capillary chromatography column was used for separation,and the content of trace amounts of methyltrichlorosilane(M1)in high-purity dimethyldichlorosilane(M2)was determined by gas chromatography external standard method.The results showed that the method had good separation,reproducibility,and accuracy.This method has been successfully applied to the detection of trace M1 content in high-purity M2 products of distillation plants,with good results.
