摘 要:在盐卤井钻井施工过程中,技术套管固井作业面临井眼直径大,顶替效率低、二开裸眼段长,地质情况复杂、固井作业时间长,影响固井质量等难题,通过加强井眼准备、强化下套管措施、优选水泥浆体系和固井工艺,确保固井施工质量,有效解决了开孔直径大、超长裸眼段和地层压力不均匀等诸多难题,保障后续施工和开采安全。In the process of drilling brine wells,the technical casing cementing operation faces challenges such as large wellbore diameter,low displacement efficiency,long open hole section in the second opening,complex geological conditions,long cementing operation time,and affecting cementing quality.By strengthening wellbore preparation,strengthening casing measures,optimizing cement slurry system and cementing technology,the quality of cementing construction is ensured,and the problem of large opening diameter is effectively solved There are many difficulties such as excessively long open hole sections and uneven formation pressure,which ensure the safety of subsequent construction and mining,and are of great significance for drilling and mining deep mineral resources.
