摘 要:为了提高检测结果的准确性,对气相色谱法(GC)测定电子烟烟液中烟碱含量的测量不确定度进行了分析和评定。结果表明:气相色谱法测定电子烟烟液中烟碱含量的测量不确定度主要来源为标准溶液的配制过程和校正曲线的线性拟合。统计分析发现,回收率与100%差异不显著,当样品中烟碱的质量分数为18.3 mg/g时,在95%的置信水平下,该分析方法的扩展不确定度为1.0 mg/g(k=2)。In order to improve the accuracy of test results,an analytical method to determine Nicotine in Electronic cigarette liquid was presented by gas chromatography(GC).The results indicated that the main sources of uncertainty were standard solution preparation and standard calibration curve fitting.In addition,the recovery values of this method with 100%is not significant by statistics analysis.When the content of nicotine is 18.3mg/g,in the 95%confidence interval,the expanded uncertainty was 1.0mg/g(k=2).
