摘　　要：科技期刊稿件的流失,既浪费了编辑部的人力物力,也影响了期刊的正常出版。稿件流失的主要原因有:一稿多投、擅自投稿、缺乏诚信、缺乏沟通等等。根据《云南化工》的实际情况,提出了多采用约稿和集稿方式、利用学术不端检索系统、加强与作者联系等措施。稿件的流失不可避免,但可以利用相应对策进行控制。采取的措施得当,稿件的流失率可以降低。The loss of scientific and technological journals not only wastes manpower and material resources of the editorial department,but also affects the normal publication of journals.The main reasons for the loss of manuscripts are multiple contributions with one manuscript,unauthorized contributions,lack of integrity,lack of communication and so on.According to the actual situation of Yunnan Chemical Technology,some measures are put forward,such as adopting more methods of soliciting manuscripts and collecting manuscripts,utilizing academic misconduct retrieval system and strengthening contact with authors.The loss of manuscripts is inevitable,but it can be controlled by corresponding countermeasures.If proper measures are taken,the loss rate of manuscripts can be reduced.
