摘 要:为了研究NPR新材料钢在动态冲击载荷作用下的力学性能,利用分离式霍普金森杆装置对其进行动态拉伸和动态压缩试验,通过试验获得材料的变形机理、失效模式及不同应变率下的应力-应变关系;并将试验结果与921A钢进行对比,分析2种材料的力学性能差异。研究结果表明,在准静态载荷作用下,NPR新材料钢具有较大的极限强度和断裂应变;在动态冲击载荷作用下,NPR新材料钢的屈服强度和极限强度均随应变率的增加而增大,表现出较强的应变率效应,且在高应变率下,NPR新材料钢的应变率强化效应更显著,具有较好的静、动态力学性能。In order to study the mechanical properties of NPR steel under dynamic impact load,dynamic tensile and dy-namic compression tests were carried out on the separated Hopkinson bar device.Through the tests,the deformation mechan-ism,failure mode and stress-strain relationship of the material under different strain rates were obtained.The experimental results were compared with 921A steel,and the mechanical properties of the two materials were analyzed.The results show that NPR steel has great ultimate strength and fracture strain under quasi-static load.Under dynamic impact load,the yield strength and ultimate strength of NPR new material steel increase with the increase of strain rate,showing a strong strain rate effect,and at high strain rate,the strain rate strengthening effect of NPR new material steel is more significant,with better static and dynamic mechanical properties.
