摘　　要：随着高速城市化背景下产业结构的升级调整,工业建筑遗存逐渐由被动更新演变为主动更新,优化与盘活工业建筑遗存是新时代城市更新面临的主要挑战。从工业建筑遗存自身的文化价值出发,研究其历时性、共时性与现时性,为更新项目的后评价研究提供评价指标与要素参考,以期形成工业建筑遗存文化辐射,提升城市文化的本土化与个性化。With the upgrading and adjustment of industrial structure under the background of high-speed urbanization,indus-trial architectural relics are gradually evolving from pas-sive renewal to active renewal,optimizing and revitalizing the industrial architectural relics are the main challenges facing urban renewal in the new era.From the cultural value of industrial architectural relics themselves,its dia-chronicity,synchronicity,and contemporaneity are studied,providing evaluation indicators and element references for the post evaluation research of updated projects,in order to form a cultural radiation of industrial architectural relics and enhance the localization and personalization of urban culture.
