摘　　要：骨质特性作为家禽的重要性状影响着家禽的健康发展。快速增重肉鸡和高产蛋率蛋鸡的选育增加了骨骼系统的负担,易导致鸡骨骼发育异常。骨代谢失衡容易影响骨骼健康,进而影响鸡的生长性能。中草药具有药源丰富、营养物质和活性成分多、应用效果好、毒副作用小、不易产生耐药性等优点,在畜禽生产中具有广泛的应用前景。目前,中草药及其活性成分调控鸡骨代谢和骨骼健康的研究成为热点。文章对鸡骨骼生长发育、骨代谢特点以及鸡常见骨骼疾病进行了简述,综述了中草药及其活性成分对鸡骨代谢和骨骼健康的影响,为中草药在鸡骨骼疾病防治中的开发和应用提供参考。As an important trait of poultry,bone characteristics affect the healthy development of poultry.Breeding of fast weight gain broilers and laying hens with a high laying rate increases the burden on skeletal system,which easily leads to abnormal skeletal development of chickens.Bone metabolism imbalance easily affects bone health,and then affects chicken growth performance.Chinese herbal medicine has many advantages,such as abundant medicine source,many nutrients and active ingredients,good application effect,little toxic and side effects,and is not easy to produce durable medicinal properties,so it has a wide application prospect in livestock and poultry production.At present,the research on Chinese herbal medicine and its active components regulating chicken bone metabolism and bone health has become a hot spot.In this paper,the growth and development of chicken bone,the characteristics of bone metabolism and common bone diseases of chicken were briefly described,and the research on bone metabolism and bone health of chicken by Chinese herbal medicine and its active components was summarized,which provided a reference for the development and application of Chinese herbal medicine in the prevention and treatment of chicken bone diseases.
