摘  要:针对射频信号合成和数字域信号合成仿真试验系统在架构实现上的区别,首先简要介绍了两种仿真系统架构,并基于射频接收链路中的非线性器件对两种架构的输出信号影响进行了理论推导和等效性分析。在完成多通道采样同步和相位校正后,从理论上给出了两种架构的主要差异在于三阶互调失真模拟。最后利用放大器测试了三阶互调失真与输入信号功率的关系,并对数字域信号合成架构在仿真试验中的使用条件给出了使用建议。In response to the differences in architecture implementation between RF signal synthesis and digital domain signal synthesis simulation test systems,the two simulation system architectures are briefly introduced first.Theoretical derivation and equivalence analysis are conducted based on the impact of nonlinear devices in the RF receiving link on the output signals of two architectures.After completing multi-channel sampling synchronization and phase correction,it is theoretically proposed that the main difference between the two architectures lies in the simulation of third-order intermodulation distortion.Finally,the relationship between third-order intermodulation distortion and input signal power is tested using an amplifier.Suggestions for the use of digital domain signal synthesis architecture in simulation experiments are provided.
