摘 要:为实现更宽的带宽以满足更高信息传输速率的需求,通信系统正在由微波频段、毫米波低频段逐渐向毫米波高频段发展。由于毫米波高频段传输损耗大导致系统作用距离受限,需要采用窄波束天线提供足够高的增益。超表面由二维周期排布的电磁微单元组成,通过给微单元上的可调元件施加控制信号,能够灵活控制波束指向,可以满足未来6G通信对宽带波束调控的需求。设计了两款面向6G通信的W波段超表面天线,一款天线基于部分反射面的相位整形原理,可有效降低透射式超表面的剖面高度;另一款天线基于多层贴片单元,可实现反射波和透射波的宽带调控。所设计两款天线在未来6G无线通信系统中具备良好的应用价值。In order to achieve wider bandwidth to meet the demand for higher information rates,communication systems are gradually developing from the microwave frequency band and low millimeter wave band to the high millimeter wave band.Due to the high transmission loss in the millimeter wave high-frequency band,the system′s operating range is limited.It is necessary to use a narrow beam antenna to provide sufficiently high gain.The meta-surface is composed of two-dimensional periodically arranged electromagnetic microcells.By applying control signals to the adjustable elements on the microcells,the beam direction can be flexibly controlled,which can meet the demand for broadband beam control for future 6G communications.Two W-band meta-surfaces antennas are designed for 6G communication.An antenna is based on the in-phase superposition effect of the partially reflecting surface,which can effectively reduce the profile height of transmissive meta-surface.Another antenna is based on a multi-layer patch,which can realize broadband manipulation of reflected and transmitted waves.The two antennas designed have good application value in future 6G wireless communication systems.
