摘 要:针对某矿井空巷、上隅角和高冒区带来的冒顶、瓦斯积聚、煤层自燃等问题,研发了一种无机发泡充填材料,并分别制定空巷、上隅角和高冒区的治理方案和施工工艺,开展工业试验,同时对治理效果监测和分析。研究结果表明:研发的无机发泡材料具有速凝、早强、发泡倍数高(可控)、不燃的特性,且适用的水灰比范围大、抗压强度可达1.2~4.5 MPa。采用的施工工艺简单,充填效率高,能够满足空巷充填、上隅角密闭和高冒区充填等工程。现场工业试验也证明了研制的无机发泡材料的应用可有效控制空巷变形,解决了上隅角瓦斯浓度高和漏风的问题,也避免了高冒区瓦斯积聚、煤层自燃的现象,一定程度上可为矿井安全高效开采提供保障。A kind of inorganic foam filling material was developed to solve the problems of roof falling,gas accumulation and coal seam nature caused by empty roadway,upper corner and high-rise area of a mine.The treatment plan and construction technology of open roadway,upper corner and high-risk area were formulated respectively,and industrial tests were carried out,while the treatment effect was monitored and analyzed.The results show that the developed inorganic foaming material has the characteristics of rapid solidification,early strength,high foaming ratio(controlled)and non-combustion.In addition,the applicable water-cement ratio range is large,and the compressive strength can reach 1.2-4.5 MPa.The construction technology adopted is simple and the filling efficiency is high,which can meet the requirements of empty roadway filling,upper corner sealing and high-risk area filling.The field industrial test also proves that the application of the developed inorganic foam material can effectively control the deformation of empty roadway.Otherwise the inorganic foam material can solve the problem of high gas concentration and air leakage in the upper corner,and also can avoid the phenomenon of gas accumulation in the high-risk area and the natural coal seam,which can provide guarantee for the safe and efficient mining of the mine to a certain extent.
