摘 要:在煤矿区透巷钻孔实现地面与井下巷道连通,全井段必须下套管固井。然而常规固井方法难以进行透巷孔与套管之间的注水泥固井作业。为解决上述问题,提出从煤矿井下巷道制造人工井底技术与分级箍固井技术进行研究:基于煤矿井下巷道制造人工井底技术,建立固井水泥浆正循环所需的终孔套管与终孔之间的环空井底承压密封;基于分级箍固井技术,在终孔套管串内环空与井下巷道沟通情况下,可使得注入终孔套管内的固井水泥浆沿分级箍侧向孔正常循环返至地面。最终将该煤矿区透巷钻孔终孔固井技术成功应用于某煤矿供水管道井工程,通过声幅测井有效验证全井段水泥浆与终孔套管、终孔壁之间胶结合格,且部分井段出现胶结优质情况。该项固井技术成功研究与应用为后续实施透巷钻孔终孔固井提供了宝贵借鉴经验。In the coal mine area,the connection between the ground and the underground roadway is realized by drilling through-hole,and casing cementing is necessary in the whole well section.However,it is difficult for conventional cementing methods to fill cementing between hole and casing.In order to solve the above problems,the artificial bottom hole manufacturing technology and graded hoop cementing technology from coal mine roadway are proposed.Based on the artificial bottom hole manufacturing technology of coal mine roadway,the annular bottom hole pressure seal between the final hole casing and the final hole required for positive circulation of cementing slurry is established.Based on the graded hoop cementing technology,the cement slurry injected into the final hole casing can be recycled to the surface normally along the lateral hole of the graded hoop when the annulus of the final hole casing string communicates with the underground roadway.Finally,this technology was successfully applied to the water supply pipeline well project of a coal mine.The sound amplitude logging effectively verified that the cementation between the cement slurry,the casing and the wall of the end hole in the whole well section was qualified,and some of the well sections had high-quality cementation.The successful research and application of this cementing technology provides valuable experience for the subsequent implementation of final hole cementing through lane drilling.
