摘  要:为解决3912大采高综采面叠加采动应力影响下矿压显现强烈导致严重制约安全生产的难题,在总结过3810始采线区域工作面矿压显现规律的基础上,对注浆加固技术进行了理论分析,结合现场生产条件,提出采用“双层长距离注水泥浆超前加固工作面煤壁、锚网索注耦合支护超前加固巷道围岩”。实践表明:采取超前注浆加固控制3912工作面叠加应力效果较好,保证工作面安全高效通过3810采空区停采线边界煤柱影响区域,在进、出3810采空区边界煤柱影响区域,工作面推进度由40 m/月提升为120 m/月。In order to solve the problem of strong mine pressure under the influence of superimposed mining dynamic stress on the fully mechanized mining face of 3912 mining height,which seriously restricts the safety production,on the basis of summarizing the law of mine pressure development in the working face area of 3810 starting mining line,the grouting reinforcement technology is theoretically analyzed,and combined with the field production conditions,it is proposed to adopt"double-layer long-distance mud injection to strengthen coal wall of working face and cable and injection coupling support to strengthen roadway surrounding rock in advance".The practice shows that:it is better to control the superimposed stress of 3912 working face by using advance grouting reinforcement,to ensure that the working face safely and efficiently passes through the coal pillar affected area on the border of the stoping line of the goaf 3810,in the influence area of coal pillar at the boundary of goaf 3810,working face advance increased from 40 m per month to 120 m per month.
