摘 要:急倾斜煤层巷道掘进过程中,经常受到高地应力和断层构造带的影响,易造成煤层顶板冒落,影响巷道的掘进和煤矿的安全生产。针对上述问题,以石洞沟煤矿31114运输巷为工程背景,采用KWJG-4无机双组分化学材料对冒落带破碎煤岩体进行注浆加固,将破碎围岩黏结为具有一定强度的密实体,从而有效加固冒顶区的破碎围岩,提高顶板的整体强度及完整性,改善工作面顶板的受力状况,实现掘进巷道安全、快速、高效过冒落带。对于煤矿生产过程中遇到类似巷道冒落破碎带问题,该方法具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。In the driving process of steep coal seam roadway,it is often affected by high ground stress and fault tectonic zone,which is easy to cause coal seam roof caving and affect the driving of roadway and safe production.Aiming at the above problems,taking the 31114 transportation lane of Shidonggou coal mine as the engineering background,KWJG-4 inorganic two-component chemical materials were used to grouting the broken coal rock mass in the fall zone,and the broken rock mass was bonded into a dense entity with certain strength.In this way,the broken surrounding rock in the caving area can be effectively strengthened,the overall strength and integrity of the roof can be improved,the stress condition of the roof of the working face can be improved,and the driving roadway can pass through the caving zone safely,quickly and efficiently.This method has certain reference and guiding significance for similar problems of caving and crushing zone in the coal mine production process.
