摘 要:为探究松软煤层切眼掘进过程中存在的瓦斯抽采效率低,瓦斯异常突出、瓦斯浓度频繁超限等问题,提出了松软煤层中上覆关键层分段水力压裂与煤层水力造穴相结合的立体瓦斯治理方法,借助COMSOL软件,分析了不同覆岩条件和水力造穴间距对于瓦斯抽采的效果。同时,基于山西某矿8003切眼工作面进行现场试验,验证了瓦斯抽采效果,有效解决了松软煤层掘进过程中瓦斯抽采效率低、瓦斯异常突出等动力现象频发的问题,整体提升了松软煤层掘进工作面瓦斯治理水平。In order to explore the problems of low gas extraction efficiency,abnormal gas outburst and frequent overrun of gas concentration in the process of cutting hole excavation in soft coal seam.A three-dimensional gas control method combining staged hydraulic fracturing of overlying key strata in soft coal seam and hydraulic cavitation of coal seam is proposed.And,with the help of COMSOL software,the effect of hydraulic cavitation spacing on gas extraction under different overburden conditions is analyzed.At the same time,based on the field test of 8003 open-off cut working face in a mine in Shanxi province,the effect of gas extraction is verified,which effectively solves the problems of low efficiency of gas extraction and frequent occurrence of dynamic phenomena such as abnormal gas outburst in the excavation process of soft coal seam,and improves the level of gas control in the excavation face of soft coal seam as a whole.
