摘 要:为探究节理参数对截齿截割力影响的变化规律,利用SolidWorks构建镐形截齿三维模型,运用有限元软件ABAQUS,建立截齿截割节理煤岩的有限元耦合模型,研究不同节理参数下截割力变化趋势。结果表明:随节理倾角增加,截割力均值、截割力峰值均值呈先增加后减小的趋势,其在节理倾角为30°时最小;随节理间距增加,截割力均值、截割力峰值均值呈增大的趋势。该研究可为复杂煤层工况下滚筒合理参数匹配奠定研究基础。In order to explore the variation law of the influence of joint parameters on the cutting force of picks,the three-dimensional model of picks was constructed by SolidWorks,and the finite element coupling model of picks cutting jointed coal and rock was established by using the finite element software ABAQUS.The change trend of cutting force under different joint parameters was studied.The results show that with the increase of joint inclination angle,the mean value of cutting force and the mean value of peak cutting force increase first and then decrease,and they are the smallest when the joint inclination angle is 30°.With the increase of joint spacing,the mean value of cutting force and the mean value of cutting force peak increase.This study can lay a research foundation for reasonable parameter matching of drum under complex coal seam conditions.
