摘  要:回转钻进在井下瓦斯抽采施工中得到广泛推广,采用底抽巷回转钻进的方式进行瓦斯抽采,能够实现对目标煤层充分泄压、有效保障预掘巷掘进安全。以底抽巷抽采方式为基础,利用随钻钻孔轨迹仪、钻机开孔定向仪、水压监测系统等组成全数据监控系统。介绍了钻孔轨迹仪、开孔定向仪等设备的工作原理,并对其工作特性、适用性、技术指标,钻孔轨迹设计原则以及系统工作流程进行了说明。最后通过实例,验证钻孔轨迹全数据监控系统具有判断煤层瓦斯空白带、预掘巷道的煤层厚度和煤层起伏精细测绘、钻孔深度的精准控制、钻机作业、停机状态监测等功能。为达到补孔效果,对补孔施工工艺涉及的钻具组合、钻机给进速度、给进压力以及转速等进行阐述。Rotary drilling has been widely promoted in underground gas extraction construction.By changing the method of gas extraction,it can fully relieve pressure on the target coal seam and effectively ensure the safety of pre excavation roadway excavation.Based on the bottom extraction method and utilizes a full data monitoring system consisting of a drilling trajectory instrument,a drilling directional instrument,and a water pressure monitoring system.Introduces the working principles of drilling trajectories,drilling directional instruments,and other equipment,and explains the working characteristics,applicability,technical indicators,drilling trajectory design principles,and system workflow of the equipment.Finally,through an example,it is verified that the full data monitoring system for drilling trajectory has functions such as judging the coal seam gas void zone,fine surveying and mapping the coal seam thickness and undulation of the pre excavated roadway,precise control of drilling depth,drilling operation,and monitoring the shutdown status.In order to achieve the blank area of drilling hole filling,the drilling tool combination,drilling machine feeding speed,feeding pressure,and rotational speed involved in the drilling hole filling construction process are elaborated.
