摘 要:采用元素分析、工业分析、煤泥粒度分析等分析测试手段,分析了乌海能源公司骆驼山选煤厂难浮氧化煤泥的表面物理化学性质。氧化煤泥浮选试验表明,使用柴油作为捕收剂,对于氧化煤即使在柴油浓度达到1 200 g/t的情况下,也很难获得较高的精煤产率和可燃体回收率。而使用柴油分别与5种表面活性剂(KD、SDS、DTAC、OP-4、OP-13)进行复配作为捕收剂,对氧化煤泥进行浮选,发现其精煤产率和可燃体回收率均有显著提升。对比浮选试验结果,发现最佳的药剂制度为:柴油+KD总用量为800 g/t、比例为4∶1、起泡剂用量为100 g/t、浮选时间为3 min。对于单个煤种,按照上述药剂制度,精煤产率为20.33%、精煤灰分为11.20%,可燃体回收率为24.69%,对比单加柴油,提升精煤产率提高13.74个百分点,精煤灰分降低7.35个百分点,可燃体回收率提高17.28个百分点;对于配合煤样,当未氧化煤和氧化煤比例为4∶1时,精煤产率为58.99%,精煤灰分为5.93%,可燃体回收率为66.74%,对比单加柴油,精煤产率提高19.44个百分点,精煤灰分升高0.35个百分点,可燃体回收率提高22个百分点。研究发现柴油+KD复配作为捕收剂,在氧化煤泥浮选中具有提高精煤产率和可燃体回收率的显著效果。The surface physical and chemical properties of refractory coal slime in Luotuoshan coal preparation plant of wuhai energy company were analyzed by means of elemental analysis,industrial analysis,slime particle size analysis.The flotation test of oxidized coal slime shows that it is difficult to obtain higher clean coal yield and combustible recovery rate for oxidized coal even when the diesel concentration reaches 1200 g/t using diesel as collector.Using diesel oil and five surfactants(KD,SDS,DTAC,OP-4,OP-13)as collectors,the flotation of oxidized coal slime was carried out.It was found that the clean coal yield and combustible recovery rate were significantly improved.Comparing the flotation test results,it was found that the best reagent system was:the total amount of diesel+KD was 800 g/t,the ratio was 4:1,the amount of foaming agent was 100 g/t,and the flotation time was 3 min.For a single coal type,according to the above reagent system,the yield of clean coal is 20.33%,the ash content of clean coal is 11.20%,and the combustible recovery rate is 24.69%.Compared with the single addition of diesel oil,the yield of clean coal is increased by 13.74 percentage points,the ash content of clean coal is reduced by 7.35 percentage points,and the combustible recovery rate is increased by 17.28 percentage points.For the blended coal sample,when the ratio of unoxidized coal to oxidized coal is 4:1,the yield of clean coal is 58.99%,the ash content of clean coal is 5.93%,and the combustible recovery rate is 66.74%.Compared with the single addition of diesel oil,the yield of clean coal increased by 19.44 percentage points,the ash content of clean coal increased by 0.35 percentage points,and the combustible recovery rate increased by 22 percentage points.The study found that diesel+KD compound as a collector has a significant effect on improving the yield of clean coal and the recovery rate of combustibles in the flotation of oxidized coal slime.
