摘 要:以生物质和低阶粉煤为原料制备热解型煤是实现低阶粉煤高效清洁分质利用的重要技术之一。该研究以小麦秸秆水解残渣(WSR)为黏结剂主要成分,分别复配3种无机黏结剂成分和5种有机黏结剂成分,考察了黏结剂组成对型煤落下强度、热强度和热稳定性的影响规律,优选了膨润土、碱性淀粉、腐植酸钠(HA-Na)等3种黏结剂成分,采用正交试验对复合黏结剂的组成进行了优化。在最优复合黏结剂配比(WSR 12.5%,膨润土3%,HA-Na 3%,碱性淀粉1%)条件下,制备的型煤落下强度为98%,冷压强度3 161 N/个,热强度1 231 N/个,热稳定性99%。The preparation of pyrolysis briquette using biomass and low rank pulverized coal as raw materials is one of the important technologies for achieving efficient and clean utilization of low rank pulverized coal.Wheat straw hydrolytic residue(WSR)was used as the main component of the binder,three inorganic binder components and five organic binder components were compounded,respectively.The effects of binder composition on the drop strength,thermal strength,and thermal stability of briquettes were investigated.Three binder components,including bentonite,alkaline starch,and sodium humic acid(HA-Na),were optimized using orthogonal tests.Under the optimal composite binder ratio(WSR 12.5%,bentonite 3%,HA-Na 3%,alkaline starch 1%),the prepared briquette has a drop strength of 98%,cold compressive strength of 3161 N/piece,thermal strength of 1231 N/piece,and thermal stability of 99%.
