摘　　要：俄乌冲突及欧洲“去俄气化”导致国际天然气市场波动加剧,液化天然气(LNG)价格急剧攀升。对于较小规模开发项目而言,浮式天然气液化装置(FLNG)由于灵活性好、LNG供应速度快的特点,引起开发商和投资者的广泛关注。研究全球FLNG行业发展现状和项目特点,与传统陆上LNG项目进行技术经济比较,分析FLNG项目的适用性,为我国企业深入了解、积极储备并广泛参与全球FLNG业务提出建议。The Russia-Ukraine conflict and the de-Russianization of Europe have led to increased volatility in the international natural gas market and a sharp rise in LNG price.For smaller scale developments,FLNG projects have once again aroused the interest of developers and investors due to their more flexibility and faster supply of LNG to the market.This paper studies the current development status of the global FLNG business and the characteristics of FLNG projects,makes techno-economic comparison with traditional onshore LNG projects,analyzes the applicability of FLNG projects and provides insights and suggestions for Chinese companies to gain in-depth understanding,make active preparation and participate extensively in the global FLNG business.
