摘 要:为了分析地热水抽采过程中泵管段摩擦阻力的影响因素,确定地热水抽采安全高效节能的开采参数,建立了地热水抽采压力损失影响因素分析模型,分别测算了流量、流速、管径、管长等参数对压力损失的影响。研究结果表明:常规生产条件下,不同流量下的泵管段摩擦阻力随着泵管内径的增大均呈一致的降低趋势,最终逐渐逼近为零。摩擦阻力的大小与流量呈指数变化关系,随着流量的增大而增大,且增幅也随着流量的增大而增大。泵管长度合理是保障设备健康安全运行的前提,泵管内摩擦阻力的大小与泵管长度为线性关系,地热水所流经的泵管长度越长,摩擦阻力越大。根据研究成果推荐了不同型号的泵管最佳开采流量范围,对于现场实际生产时优选泵管型号、确定最佳生产参数、保障项目的安全节能生产运行具有较高的指导意义。In order to analyze the factors affecting the friction resistance of the pump section in the process of geothermal water pumping and determine the mining parameters of safe,efficient and energy-saving geothermal water pumping,the analysis model of the factors affecting the pressure loss of geothermal water pumping was established,and the influence of flow rate,velocity,pipe diameter and pipe length on the pressure loss was calculated respectively.The results showed that under normal production conditions,the friction resistance of the pump pipe section decreased with the increase of the inner diameter of the pump pipe at different flow rates,and finally gradually approached zero.The frictional resistance changed exponentially with the flow rate and increased with the flow rate,and the increase rate also increased with the flow rate.The reasonable length of the pump pipe was the premise of ensuring the healthy and safe operation of the equipment.The size of the friction resistance in the pump pipe was linear with the length of the pump pipe.The longer the length of the pump pipe flowing through the geothermal water,the greater the friction resistance.According to the research results,the optimum mining flow range of different types of pump tubes was recommended,which had a high guiding significance for selecting the pump tube type,determining the best production parameters and ensuring the safe and energy-saving production operation of the project.
