摘 要:重整反应器是重整装置的核心设备,反应器操作安全性是重整装置正常生产的保证。反应器的布置形式不仅直接影响反应器配管、结构等的工程设计,并对于反应器的操作安全性有一定影响。介绍了2种重整工艺反应器的布置,即重叠式布置与并列式布置,对于其操作安全性和配管-结构设计方面进行了介绍与比较,认为反应器并列式布置更有利于重整反应器的安全操作,并且明显简化了配管、结构方面的设计工作。The reforming reactor is the core equipment of the reforming unit,and the safety of the reactor operation is the guarantee of the normal production of the reforming unit.The layout of the reactor not only directly affects the engineering design of the reactor piping and structure,but also has a certain impact on the operational safety of the reactor.In this paper,the reactor arrangement of two kinds of reforming process,namely,overlapping arrangement and parallel arrangement,was introduced and compared in terms of operation safety and piping structure design.It was concluded that the parallel arrangement of reactors was more conducive to the safe operation of reforming reactors,and simplified the piping and structural design work obviously.
