摘 要:在室温下对采用熔炼浇铸法制备的AlFeSi0.2Sc0.2Zr合金进行轧制,研究了轧制变形量(45%,55%,65%,75%,85%,90%)对其微观结构、拉伸性能及导热性能的影响。结果表明:轧制前后AlFeSi0.2Sc0.2Zr合金均主要由基体铝相、α-AlFeSi、AlZr_(2)和AlZr_(3)组成;铸态合金中存在大量缩孔缺陷,同时沿晶界分布着大量呈鱼骨状或短棒状α-AlFeSi初生相,在轧制过程中,随着轧制变形量的增加,合金中的缩孔闭合,晶粒细化,初生相枝晶破碎且分布变得均匀,合金的抗拉强度和热导率同步增大,塑性降低。当轧制变形量为90%时,合金的断后伸长率为7.4%,断裂方式仍为韧性断裂。AlFeSi0.2Sc0.2Zr alloy prepared by melting casting was rolled at room temperature.The effects of rolling deformation amount(45%,55%,65%,75%,85%,and 90%)on the microstructure,tensile properties,and thermal conductivity of the alloy were investigated.The results show that AlFeSi0.2Sc0.2Zr alloy before and after rolling all consisted of the matrix aluminum phase,α-AlFeSi,AlZr_(2) and AlZr_(3).There were shrinkage defects and a large number of fish bone and short rod-likeα-AlFeSi primary phases along grain boundaries in the as-cast alloy.After rolling,with the increase of rolling deformation amount,the shrinkage holes in the alloy were closed,the grains were refined,and the dendrites of primary phase were broken and the dendrite distribution became uniform.With increasing rolling deformation amount the tensile strength and thermal conductivity of the alloy increased simultaneously,and the plasticity decreased.When the rolling deformation amount reached 90%,the percentage elongation after fracture was 7.4%,and the fracture mode was still ductile fracture.
