摘 要:为智能电力变压器检测提供有效手段,提出智能电力变压器直流电阻不确定度自动化监测算法。基于电阻测量的试验原理,建立直流电阻数据模型,以该模型输出的直流电阻数据为基础,通过测量不确定度的直流电阻测试仪误差产生、绕组温度与测量温度值、直流电阻测试仪重复性测量等影响因素,建立智能电力变压器直流电阻不确定度综合监测公式,以此实现直流电阻不确定度自动化监测。实验结果表明,该系统监测智能电力变压器直流电阻不确定度灵敏系数较高,可有效监测来源不同的变压器直流电阻不确定度。To provide an effective means for the detection of intelligent power transformers,an automated monitoring algorithm for the uncertainty of DC resistance in intelligent power transformers is proposed.Based on the experimental principle of resistance measurement,a DC resistance data model is established.Based on the output DC resistance data of the model,a comprehensive monitoring formula for the uncertainty of DC resistance in intelligent power transformers is established by analyzing factors such as the generation of errors in the DC resistance tester,winding temperature and measurement temperature values,and the repeatability of the DC resistance tester,in order to achieve automated monitoring of DC resistance uncertainty.The experimental results show that the algorithm has a high sensitivity coefficient for monitoring the uncertainty of DC resistance in intelligent power transformers,and can effectively monitor the uncertainty of DC resistance in transformers from different sources.
