摘 要:对郑州市5个县级兽医实验室抗体和核酸检测能力进行比对。检测项目4个即禽流感病毒H5亚型(Re-13株)抗体、A型口蹄疫病毒抗体、羊布鲁氏菌抗体、非洲猪瘟核酸。检测结果总体准确率为91.6%。血凝抑制、试管凝集、酶联免疫吸附、荧光聚合酶链式反应4种检测方法准确率分别为96%、92%、100%、80%。检测结果全部正确的是A市和B市兽医实验室,C市、D市和E县兽医实验室检测结果准确率分别为89.5%、84.2%和84.2%。全市县级兽医实验室的抗体和病原检测能力总体处于较高的水平,但个别实验室还需提高荧光PCR检测能力。A comparison of antibody and nucleic acid testing capabilities was conducted among 5 county-level veterinary laboratories in Zhengzhou City.The testing items were set to four i.e.antibodies against avian influenza virus H5 subtype(Re-13 strain),antibodies against foot-and-mouth disease virus type A,antibodies against Brucella sheep and African swine fever nucleic acid.The overall accuracy of the detection results was 91.6%.The accuracy of the four detection methods i.e.blood coagulation inhibition,in vitro agglutination test,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and fluorescence polymerase chain reaction were 96%,92%,100%and 80%respectively.The veterinary laboratories in A city and B city had all the correct test results.The accuracy rates of the veterinary laboratories in C city,D city,and E county were 89.5%,84.2%and 84.2%respectively.The antibody and pathogen detection capabilities of county-level veterinary laboratories in the city were generally at a high level,but some laboratories still need to improve their fluorescence PCR testing capabilities.
