摘 要:为了完成既定的截流目标,在有限的时间内完成大断面的灌浆作业,满足过流要求,以巴基斯坦巴沙水电站为例,探讨水电站建设工程大断面导流隧洞灌浆技术。通过对灌浆成孔设备选型、利用自研式台车上置满堂脚手架设计合成、采用稳定浆液的配比设计等方法,成功完成了时间短、任务重的大断面导流隧洞灌浆作业。水电站工程建设中,大断面隧洞灌浆采用钻孔和灌浆方法具有良好的工程效果和经济效益。This study takes the Basha Hydropower Station in Pakistan as an example to explore the grouting technology for large section diversion tunnels in hydropower station construction projects.In order to achieve the established interception goal and complete the grouting operation of the large section within a limited time to meet theflow requirements,this study successfully completed the grouting operation of the large section diversion tunnel with short time and heavy task by selecting grouting drilling equipment,using self-developed trolley mounted full scaffolding design synthesis,and using stable slurry ratio design methods.In the construction of hydropower stations,the use of drilling and grouting methods for grouting large section tunnels has good engineering and economic benefits.
