摘　　要：以某建筑工程为例,探究项目管理配合监理模式在建筑工程中的应用价值,减少建筑工程中因管理不当造成的管理效能下降的问题,提高建筑工程的施工运行效益。首先简要分析了案例工程概况,了解项目管理+监理模式应用存在的问题,根据问题从准备阶段、施工阶段、竣工阶段入手,探讨了项目管理+监理模式的应用策略。将项目管理+监理模式应用到建筑工程中,能够高质量、高效率地完成建筑工程,值得推广。This paper takes a construction project as an example to explore the value of project management and supervision mode in the practical application of construction engineering,reduce the problem of management efficiency decline caused by improper management in construction engineering,and improve the construction and operation efficiency of construction engineering.First,we briefly analyze the general situation of the case project,and understand the problems existing in the application of project management+supervision mode.According to the problems,the application strategy of project management+supervision mode is discussed from the preparation stage,construction stage and completion stage.The project management+supervision mode is applied to the construction project,which can complete the construction project with high quality and high efficiency.Applying the project management+supervision model to construction projects can achieve high-quality and efficient completion,which is worth promoting.
