摘 要:为了避免从专家库随机抽取的评标专家具有的绿色施工经验水平不同,同时提高中标承包商的绿色施工能力,必须建立科学合理的绿色施工承包商评价模型。首先结合传统施工项目评标指标和绿色施工评价指标建立承包商评价指标体系;然后引入区间直觉模糊集,通过相关系数、模糊熵理论分别计算专家权重和指标权重,再基于TOPSIS法选择最优绿色施工承包商;最后通过实例分析表明该模型的有效性。In order to avoid the situation that the bid evaluation experts randomly selected from the expert database have different experience levels of green construction and improve the green construction ability of the successful contractors,a scientific and reasonable evaluation model of green construction contractors must be established.Firstly,the contractor evaluation index sys-tem is established by combining the traditional construction pro-ject evaluation index and green construction evaluation index.Then the interval intuitionistic fuzzy set is introduced to the mod-el,calculate the expert weight and index weight respectively through correlation coefficient and fuzzy entropy theory,and then the optimal green construction contractor is selected based on TOPSIS method.Finally,the validity of the model is verified by an examples.
