摘  要:山西铁矿资源丰富,选矿过程产生大量铁尾矿废弃物,利用率较低,只能长期堆存于尾矿库,不仅占用大量的农用用地,破坏当地生态环境,而且尾矿库的维护也需要大量资金。因此,本研究以山西忻州繁峙地区铁尾矿为研究对象,从物化指标、集料性能、耐久性能对铁尾矿碎石进行资源特性分析,并对其进行路用可行性评价,为今后山西铁尾矿废弃物应用于道路中提供理论和实践依据。试验结果表明:铁尾矿碎石的物化指标、集料性能、耐久性能与石灰岩碎石接近,可应用于水稳基层用碎石。Shanxi is rich in iron ore resources,and a large amount of iron tailings waste is generated during the beneficiation process,which has a low utilization rate and can only be stored in the tailings pond for a long time,which not only occupies a large amount of agricultural land and damages the local ecological environment,but also requires a large amount of funds for the maintenance of the tailings pond.Therefore,this study takes the iron tailings from Fanchi area of Xinzhou,Shanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the resource characteristics of the iron tailings gravel from the physicochemical index,aggregate performance and durability,and evaluates its road feasibility,providing theoretical and practical basis for the future application of Shanxi iron tailings waste in roads.The experimental results show that the physicochemical indexes,aggregate properties and durability of iron tailings gravel are close to those of limestone gravel,and can be used in water stabilized base gravel.
