摘 要:针对四分叉铸钢节点质量过大的问题,采用拓扑优化方法对其进行轻量化设计,基于一种常用的变密度法SIMP建立了以节点最小化柔度为目标,以40%体积分数为约束条件的拓扑优化数学模型,采用Hyper Works软件对节点进行了拓扑优化设计。重点对比分析了不同单元密度阈值下拓扑形状的单元密度等值面,以及不同单元密度阈值对应拓扑形状的静力力学性能,找到了比较合理的拓扑形状作为优化设计的结果,为该类节点的概念设计提供参考。Aiming at the problem of excessive mass of four-bifur-cated cast steel nodes,a topology optimization method is adopted to carry out lightweight design.Based on SIMP,a commonly used variable density method,a topology optimization mathematical model is established to minimize the flexibility of nodes and take 40%volume fraction as the constraint condition.The topology optimization design of nodes is carried out by Hyper Works soft-ware.The isoplanes of the topological shapes under different cell density thresholds and the static mechanical properties of the to-pological shapes corresponding to different cell density thresholds are compared and analyzed,and a reasonable topological shape is found as the result of optimization design,which provides a refer-ence for the conceptual design of this type of node.
