摘　　要：针对单箱双室断面现浇箱梁桥,提出BIM信息化管理与工程质量控制相结合的方式,详细阐述BIM技术的应用、工程质量控制措施和保障手段,具体包括合理制定总体施工进度计划安排、保障工程资金的科学使用、落实产值任务责任制、优化施工组织、实施创新激励机制。研究表明,动态管理主要是纠正偏离的质量失控行为,保证质量目标的实现引入信息化管理系统,并可对节点工期、施工效率等同时进行监控,随时进行有效调整。Aiming at cast-in-place box girder bridge with single box and double chamber section,the combination of BIM information management and engineering quality control is proposed.The application of BIM technology,engineering quality control measures and guarantee means are described in detail.Specifically,it includes formulating the overall construction schedule reasonably,ensuring the scientific use of project funds,implementing the output value task responsibility system,optimizing the construction organization,and implementing the innovation incentive mechanism.The research shows that the dynamic management is mainly to correct the deviation of quality out of control behavior,ensure the realization of quality goals,introduce information management system,and the node duration,construction efficiency can be monitored at the same time,effective adjustment at any time.
