摘  要:针对城市轨道交通直流牵引供电系统存在的直流断路器小电流分断问题,提出一种基于电弧电压判据的直流断路器磁吹控制代替基于电弧电流判据的磁吹装置来驱动磁吹线圈,避免电流零漂现象导致磁吹装置频繁无效动作而发生故障。通过不同电压和不同电流参数下断路器分断试验,验证了基于电弧电压判据的直流断路器磁吹控制能输出正确稳定的磁吹线圈作用方向,从而有效提高磁吹控制回路的稳定性和断路器触头的使用寿命以及开断性能。A magnetic blowing control of DC circuit breaker magnetic blowing control based on arc voltage criterion is proposed to replace the magnetic blowing device based on arc current criterion to drive actuate the magnetic blowing coil in the DC traction power supply system of urban rail transit,so as to avoid the phenomenon of zero-drift of current which leads to frequent invalid action of the magnetic blowing device and malfunction.Through the circuit breaker breaking test under different voltage and current parameters,it is verified that the DC circuit breaker magnetic blowing control based on arc voltage criterion can output the correct and stable action direction of the magnetic blowing coil,thus which can effectively improving the stability of the magnetic blowing control circuit and the service life of the circuit breaker contacts as well as the breaking performance.
